Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
 Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
 Manage inbound and outbound workload to ensure on-time deliveries
 Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members
 Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and reporting
 Coordinate schedules with carriers, customers, internal teams, and accounting for billing
 Control labor costs and optimize staffing levels
 Track and analyze warehouse KPIs to improve performance
 Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
 Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
 Oversee warehouse equipment usage, maintenance, and safety
 Qualifications
 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
 Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
 Excellent communication and time management abilities

Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
 Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
 Forklift certification required
 OSHA training, First Aid, or similar certifications preferred
