Lead Warehouse Clerk
- Mid Shift
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm (overtime, weekends and holidays as
needed)
Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

Major Responsibilities:
• Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and departure
times while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring system counts match
physical inventory.
• Monitor daily operations for compliance with established safety, logistics,
and route management procedures.
• Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates and effectively
communicate with team members, customers, and process partners via radio, phone,
and email.
• Resolve operational issues on a first-line basis, including system, equipment,
and associate-related concerns.
• Perform data setup, validation, and inventory management, including managing
unsalable inventory to resolution.
• Assist with daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining
detail-oriented.
• Prioritize work and adjust to changing workload requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of special projects and take on
additional responsibilities as needed.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and meet warehouse performance
metrics.
• Maintain professionalism with management and coworkers.
• Perform other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
