 A Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring safety, productivity, and accuracy in inventory management.
 Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
 Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
 Assign work tasks and monitor productivity to meet operational goals.
 Train, coach, and mentor new and existing warehouse employees.
 Ensure all receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes are completed accurately and on time.
 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
 Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to prioritize workloads and resolve operational issues.
 Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed and if certified.
 Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues.
 Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
 Ensure quality standards and customer service expectations are consistently met.
 Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and shift coverage when necessary.
 Lead by example by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to warehouse management.
 Perform hands-on warehouse duties as needed to support the team and meet business demands.
