JOB DESCRIPTION

The Imports Warehouse Lead, Outbound, is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in the daily operations of the outbound import warehouse. This position oversees workflow, ensures operational efficiency, maintains inventory accuracy, and promotes compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Warehouse Lead serves as a resource for import warehouse associates, helping coordinate daily activities while ensuring productivity and quality expectations are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and oversee daily outbound warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor palletization standards to ensure loads are built safely, securely, and according to company specifications.

Analyze operational dashboards and reports to maintain workflow and address issues as they occur.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and other warehouse documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate outbound pickups while maintaining effective communication with operations, purchasing, and other departments.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment, in accordance with company safety policies.
