AO CASA INC is looking for a Warehouse & Sales Associate to support both warehouse operations and customer sales activities.

This position combines hands-on warehouse work with showroom customer support and sales follow-up. The role will primarily focus on sales activities while also assisting with warehouse operations based on business needs.

• Assist showroom customers and provide product information.
• Follow up with customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Support local sales development and customer relationships.
• Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customer pickups and shipments.
• Assist with loading/unloading products and basic warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse environment.

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, warehouse, or related fields.
• Valid forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle products up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
