The schedule for this role varies. However, associates must be available to work Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a 4pm start until shipping operations is complete.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, order selecting, unloading, loading, put-aways, replenishments, and sanitation.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma from an accredited school or general education development (GED) certificate.
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience in food warehousing, retail, or food distribution preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Must complete HFB Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift) training and certification within 30 days of hire date

- Ability to operate all types of warehouse machinery, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, long and short pallet jacks, manual jacks, computers, copiers, and other business equipment
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others
- Ability to work on and adapt to multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy while adhering to deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work cooperatively and coordinate well with other departments, partners, and neighbors
- Proactive self-starter who is self-motivated to contribute to the team
- Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
