Location: Houston, TX 77032 | Near IAH Airport
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Two consecutive days off each week
• Weekend availability required

Openwork is hiring several Warehouse Associates for a well-established company opening a new location near IAH Airport. Our client has been in business for approximately 60 years and operates more than 29 locations across the U.S.

This is a direct-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and do well in a structured environment with clear procedures.

• Receive, inspect, and process returned materials.
• Follow established SOPs to properly sort and categorize materials.
• Build and prepare airline flight kits.
• Receive and ship airline laundry items (no washing required).
• Maintain accurate records and basic work logs.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and remain active for 8 hours or more.

• 1-2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and responsible work habits.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
• Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends as scheduled.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
