Description
Position SummaryThe Maintenance and Parts Clerk works directly with the Maintenance and Operations Supervisors to ensure the efficient flow of parts, supplies, work orders, inventory, and maintenance documentation. In addition to working with management on maintenance this job includes cross training for the cashier position. This position plays a key role in supporting equipment uptime by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring parts are available when needed.
RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order parts, supplies, and materials required for maintenance and repair work.
- Receive, issue, record, and track the movement of parts and inventory.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and conduct routine inventory counts and audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and availability.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions and maintenance records.
- Organize and maintain parts storage areas for safe and efficient access.
- Schedule and coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts as needed.
Pick up parts and supplies when required. - Maintain equipment files in both physical and electronic formats.
- Assist maintenance and operations personnel with administrative and inventory-related tasks.
- Cashier on Saturday and fill in when needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
