Openwork is hiring an experienced Overnight Warehouse Lead for a well-established company opening a new Houston location. With more than 60 years in business and 29+ locations nationwide, our client offers a stable environment with opportunities for professional and leadership growth.

We're looking for a dependable, positive, hands‑on leader who can guide a warehouse team, keep operations organized, and help employees succeed.

• Lead and support warehouse employees
• Conduct shift‑start briefings and communicate daily priorities
• Keep workflow organized and employees on task
• Inspect and process returned materials following quality procedures
• Build and prepare flight kits for United Airlines
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing airline laundry (no washing involved)
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports
• Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Remain standing and active for 8+ hours

• 1–2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience
• 1–2+ years of warehouse experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Positive attitude with an interest in coaching and developing others
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail
• Sit‑down forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to meet all pre‑employment requirements
• Must understand and be committed to working a dedicated overnight shift
