Material Coordinator I
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 5:00/6:00 am – 5:00/6:00 pm, with Saturday hours (6:00 am – 10:00 am) as needed. Schedule may vary based on business demands, and overtime is expected.
Duration: 4-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors
Job Overview:Seeking two Material Coordinators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing warehouse experience, be certified to operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and be comfortable performing a variety of warehouse functions, including material handling, inventory transactions, and goods receipt.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean‑up and housekeeping activities.
- Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Overhead crane certification.
- Previous manufacturing warehouse experience.
- Forklift operating experience with a valid forklift certification.
- Experience with picking, packing, unpacking, goods receipt, inventory transactions, and RF scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and warehouse procedures.
Preferred:
- Willingness to work overtime and support other warehouse functions as business needs require.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, safety‑conscious warehouse professional with experience in a manufacturing environment. They are comfortable operating forklifts and overhead cranes, proficient with RF scanners and inventory processes, and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays. Strong attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are essential for success in this role, with the opportunity for full‑time employment based on performance and business needs.
