Warehouse Manager

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced wholesale construction supply facility. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of fasteners, tools, and accessories; manage inventory accuracy; and ensure orders are filled safely, on time, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating with sales and operations, enforcing OSHA and company safety policies, and optimizing layout and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet service and safety goals
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and carriers to meet customer delivery expectations
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and processes for efficiency
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance, including forklifts and material handling tools
• Track key performance metrics and implement process improvements
