Description Warehouse Supervisor (Lead)

Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor (Lead) will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and workforce coordination. The successful candidate will provide leadership to warehouse personnel, maintain compliance with site safety requirements, and ensure all materials and equipment are properly managed to support ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily activities.
  • Manage receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Monitor warehouse safety practices and enforce site policies.
  • Coordinate material requests and deliveries to support field operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within warehouse facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with project management, procurement, and site personnel.
  • Train and mentor warehouse employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in warehouse supervision and material management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory and material tracking records.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Current TWIC Card required.
  • Must successfully complete all required site training.

Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.

Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
