Yard & Dock Coordinator – 1st Shift

• Oversee the assigned warehouse team and area
• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and complete orders accurately and on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities
• Recommend performance improvement actions as needed
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Safely operate various equipment and tools
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies
• Maintain a clean environment under the 7S program
• Work safely to protect team members

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of SAP experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to operate a reach truck or cherry picker at heights of 23+ feet
• Ability to carry objects 3–5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs. routinely
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time over 4 hours
• Ability to walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4–5 miles) per day
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in a team lift
• Ability to tolerate hot and cold work environments

Demonstrates expertise in warehouse management, including inventory control, team supervision, and operational efficiency. Proficient in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
