We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Storeman to oversee daily operations at our Houston office. In this role, you will work with a fast-paced team, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and smooth warehouse workflows. You will play a critical role in supporting our company’s growth by maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity within the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Overseeing,receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines.
- In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects.
- Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service.
- Prepare the request and quotation documents.
- Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action.
- Designs and encourage everyone to use productivity and safety measures.
- Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (on-the-job training provided)
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Basic computer skills (for inventory) MS Office Suite
