Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Howard, WIIn this role, you'll operate professional floor care equipment, maintain hard floor surfaces and carpets, and help keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers each day.

Howard, WI
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Weekly Pay Every Friday
Approximately 38.50 Hours Per Week
Schedule- 11:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- Consistent Overnight Schedule

- Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
- Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
- Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
- Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
