Customer Service Rep
Job Description:
Customer facing professional responsible for receiving and processing payment for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts. They act as the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring transaction accuracy and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compute final customer bills using dealership software, receive payments and issue accurate receipts.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare bank deposits.
Strong verbal and written skills to interact professionally with diverse customers and internal teams.
Answer incoming service phone calls and routing them throughout the Dealership making sure our customer are getting questions answered as quick as possible.
