We’re seeking an organized and service-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and sales team. This role focuses on assisting customers with policy questions, providing account support, and helping ensure clients receive a high level of service throughout their relationship with the agency. This position offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and opportunities for long‑term career growth. Successful team members may advance to sales or office management roles as they continue developing their skills within the agency.

  • $30,000-$50,000 base salary based on experience
