CGC Home Services is seeking a results-driven Customer Service Associate for the 2nd shift (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). You will own the daily schedule, drive booking performance, and ensure a high-level customer experience from first call through job completion. Experience with Service Titan is strongly preferred, as you will manage the dispatch board.
You are driven, coachable, and eager to mentor others while upholding quality service and urgent responsiveness across customer interactions.
