CGC Home Services in Howell, MI is seeking a Customer Service Associate to drive booking performance and deliver a high-level customer experience from first call through job completion.
Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM is preferred, but not required. Hours are 8am–5pm with a one-hour lunch break, and the team acts as the heartbeat of the operation, delivering information and resolving issues with urgency and grace.
