Sales Service Specialist

About the Role:Our client is looking for a Sales Service Specialist to support customers and distributors throughout the order process while working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

Compensation Range:$20.00 – $23.00/hour

• Process customer and distributor orders and samples
• Maintain customer accounts and pricing in the ERP system
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfillment and shipping
• Provide customers with pricing, product information, samples, and required documentation
• Handle returns, customer concerns, and price increase notifications
• Serve as a liaison between customers, distributors, Sales, Shipping, and internal teams

• 3+ years of office/customer service experience
• High School Diploma required;
  Associate Degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• ERP/CRM experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 100% onsite in Howell, MI
• Professional office environment with occasional access to production/lab areas
• Safety equipment required in production and lab areas
