Cleary University is seeking a highly organized, student-focused Enrollment Coordinator to serve as a key member of the Enrollment Management team. This role is often the first impression of the University — the person who helps students and families navigate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. As the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, faculty, and staff, the Enrollment Coordinator delivers timely, accurate, and solutions-oriented guidance related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, scholarships, and university policies.

Beyond frontline service, this position plays an integral operational leadership role within Enrollment Management. The Enrollment Coordinator oversees the Student Ambassador Program and student workers, manages casework in Salesforce, coordinates campus tours and recruitment events, and collaborates across departments to ensure a seamless student experience. Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact via phone, email, chat, Microsoft Teams, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions processes, registration, financial aid basics, scholarships, deadlines, and university policies.
- Manage, document, and resolve student cases in Salesforce with prompt follow-up and detailed recordkeeping.
- Research and troubleshoot enrollment-related issues across multiple systems; escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Oversee day-to-day front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Supervise student workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback.
- Manage the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, onboarding, communications, assignments, and accountability.
- Coordinate campus tour staffing and admissions event coverage.
- Assist Admissions Counselors with recruitment logistics, travel coordination, outreach, and communication workflows.
- Plan and support recruitment events including open houses, campus tours, interview days, Cleary Days, virtual sessions, and yield events.
- Conduct outreach to newly enrolled first-year students to support onboarding and retention efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between prospective students and admissions representatives.
- Associate’s degree required (business-related field preferred).
- Experience in enrollment, admissions, financial aid, customer service, or student services preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
