Cleary University is looking for an energetic Admissions Advisor to recruit and support three exciting student populations: traditional undergraduates, student-athletes, and international students.

If you thrive on variety, relationship building, and hitting goals that matter, you'll love it here. This isn't a traditional desk job. You'll be on the road, on campus, on video calls across time zones, and at the center of some of the most meaningful conversations a student will have!

What You'll Do

Recruit & Connect - Generate inquiries, applications, and enrollments through school visits, college fairs, athletic recruiting events, and virtual outreach.

Build Your Network - Develop lasting partnerships with high schools, community colleges, athletic coaches, and international education partners.

Guide the Journey - Walk students and families through every step of admissions, from first contact to enrollment day, with empathy and clarity.

Go Global - Advise international applicants on everything from English proficiency requirements to visa documentation, partnering closely with our International Student Services team.

Champion Student-Athletes - Serve as the key admissions link between coaches, the Athletic Director, and prospective athletes.

Bring Events to Life - Help plan and run recruitment events, orientations, and welcome programs that make a great first impression.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in admissions, recruitment, sales, or marketing

Comfort working in Salesforce or a similar CRM

A genuine curiosity about other cultures and a knack for cross-cultural communication

Drive, organization, and the flexibility to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Michigan
