Resolute ISR, Inc. is seeking a UAS Operator/ Maintainer to join the team.

This is a full-time OCONUS deployment-based position for an experienced UAS Operator / Maintainer lvl 3 - 5 supporting Group 3 unmanned aerial systems. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting aircraft and ground control systems in austere and dynamic environments. Candidates must be comfortable working overseas for extended periods, performing both flight operations and field-level maintenance to ensure system readiness and mission continuity.
Job Requirements- Conduct daily flight operations, mission planning, pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Operate Group 3 UAS for ISR and related mission profiles in accordance with company and customer procedures.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and component-level repairs on aircraft, payloads, and ground control equipment.
- Integrate and test payloads (EO/IR, MWIR, comms relay, etc.) and ensure compatibility with system architecture.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and flight data in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage on-site logistics, spares, and field sustainment of aircraft and support equipment.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and optimize mission performance.
- Support setup and administration of ground networks, radios, and IP-based communication systems.
- Uphold high standards of safety, situational awareness, and operational discipline in deployed environments.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of UAS operations and maintenance experience, preferably with Group 3/4 systems.
- Proficient in mission planning, flight execution, and emergency procedures.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance, avionics, payloads, and ground control systems.
- Understanding of IP networking, radio communications, and system integration is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and in small teams in remote or high-tempo operational settings.
- Must be willing to deploy OCONUS for extended rotations (e.g., 60-90 days or per mission requirement).
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and situational judgement skills.
- 1,000+ UAS flight hours or prior military/contractor UAS experience.
- Experience with network configurations (IP routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Prior deployment experience or overseas contract support background.
- S. Citizen or U.S. Person (required due to ITAR-controlled operations).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport and secret level security clearance.
- Must meet physical and environmental requirements of deployed operations.
