* Develop new and improved products to meet customer demands in a rapid manner.
* Interact with suppliers to identify and qualify raw materials.
* Provide technical support to all company departments including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.
* Support Technical Sales by attending product trials at customer sites.
* Create detailed technical reports by organizing and summarizing work.
* Characterize, handle, label, inspect, and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
Qualificationsarrow_right
* Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* 0-2 years of industrial experience, including product development and formulation.
* Knowledge in polymers, coatings, and surface chemistry a plus.
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes a plus.
