Are you tired of meeting sales goals? At BoAA we are more focused on our customer relationships and referrals rather than selling to our clients. This role will be based in our Drive Thru building, a successful candidate works well in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment. As a Senior Teller, you are customer focused, ensuring all customers feel welcome the moment they walk in the door by helping clients with all their retail and commercial banking transactions.

You are responsible for accurately handling all banking needs of our customers, including deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and foreign exchange. In addition, tellers, through their conversations with the clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to further assist, you act as a resource in identifying and resolving client servicing issues through strong customer relationship skills.

• Welcomes customers to the bank in a warm, friendly manner.
• Handles transactions efficiently and accurately by accepting account deposits and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements of checks.
• Accepts loan payments, issues money orders, cashiers’ checks, traveler checks, foreign currency, cash advances and U.S. Savings Bonds.
• Processes all transactions within authorized limits, which includes check‑cashing limits. Obtains supervisor approval on all required transactions.
• Provides assistance to staff with more complex or unusual transactions; approves check cashing or other transactions within individual limits.
