Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Howell, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them with daily living activities to improve their quality of life. • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Support clients with mobility and exercise routines as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided in compliance with company policies.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is plus.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a week.
