Role
Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an outpatient ABA program.
ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of 8-12 patients, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coach behavior technicians and caregivers to implement ABA interventions. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team including speech, occupational, and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes for children with autism.
QualificationsActive BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within one month. Experience in creating treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and supervising technicians in plan implementation.
Key SkillsStrong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on personalized patient care and family involvement. Knowledge of ABA principles and interdisciplinary care models is essential.
