Overview

First Light Home Care of Greater Lansing & Brighton is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want steady work without being locked into long shifts. We have a consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM) and additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton & Howell. The ability to stack shifts and build a full-time schedule if you want it.

• Helping clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and simple meal prep
• Supporting mobility and keeping clients safe at home
• Communicating with our team so care stays consistent

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role preferred
• Someone reliable, patient, and kind
• Comfortable working in different homes
• Reliable transportation (you may see more than one client)
• Someone who shows up and truly cares
