Job DescriptionOur Production Associate position is starting at $17 per hour and is eligible for shift differential based on hours worked.
Schedule: 2nd shift:
Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM
Summary: Responsible for mass production of component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders.
- Receive and sort materials and confirm all necessary documentation.
- Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders according to specifications.
- Monitor product quality through checks, counting packaging and removing defective products.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to read and understand rulers, charts, indicators, and instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period.
- Repetitive hand movement.
- Lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a closed-sterile environment.
- Lift, reach, squat, push, and pull.
- Unrestricted finger, hand, and arm movement.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $23.25 hourly, varying based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp. For employees working 30 or more hours per week on average, benefits are fully extended. For roles with less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions and paid time off.
