Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd shft

Job Description

Our Production Associate position starts at $17/hour, with eligibility for shift differential based on hours worked.

2nd shift:
Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM

Responsible for mass production of component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders.

• Receive and sort materials and confirm all necessary documentation
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders according to specifications
• Monitor product quality through checks, counting packaging and removing defective products
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations, maintaining departmental housekeeping standards

• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to read and understand rulers, charts, indicators and instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period
• Repetitive hand movement proficiency
• Can lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Can work in a closed‑sterile environment
• Can lift, reach, squat, push and pull
• Unrestricted finger, hand and arm movement
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Announced hourly rate: $16.00 - $23.25

Actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or wage threshold.
