The Production Operator plays a key role in our production process by assembling small components, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and a team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Component Assembly — Assemble small parts and products according to work instructions.
- Quality Inspection — Perform visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product accuracy.
- Machine Operation — Operate light manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Documentation — Record production counts, defects, and material usage.
- Workstation Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Reading and basic math comprehension to understand and interpret training guides, standard operating procedures and quality information (SPC, charts, graphs, etc.) and to complete production reports
