Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a manufacturing operation in Howell, MI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities Perform general labor and production duties throughout the facility

Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products

Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes

Operate basic hand and power tools as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Inspect materials and finished products for quality

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physical work for an entire shift

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Willingness to work 2nd shift

Must pass drug screen and criminal background check
