Overview
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice to provide care in Howell, Michigan.

Ongoing. This is a 40‑hour per week position, working an 8‑hour shift.
The position supports patients in Howell and surrounding areas and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key achievements.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in home or hospice settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation.
- Adhere to critical deadlines for charting and reporting.
- Use EMR software, tablets, and smart phones for patient records.
- Self‑manage time and schedule, including around 20% travel to patient locations.
- RN license in the state of employment.
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
- At least two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20% of the workday.
- Strong charting discipline and time‑management skills.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR systems.
