Compensation?
- Starting Wages at $46.40-$65.65 per hour
- Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, and a $8/hr weekend warrior program.

Summary: The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members.Qualifications:
Education:Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing .
Licenses/Certification:
- Valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
Specialized Tracheostomy and Respiratory Care
Provide tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintenance of trach sites.
Perform suctioning of residents’ tracheostomies and oral cavities as needed.
Set up and manage respiratory equipment for new admissions and scheduled treatments.
Administer breathing treatments to tracheostomy residents per physician orders.
Conduct thorough charting and assessments of trach residents’ respiratory status.
Change inner cannulas and assist with full tracheostomy changes under appropriate supervision.
Maintain proper stock of respiratory supplies daily or as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:- Skilled in directing and motivating the workforce.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
Associates or better in Nursing.
