Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Medi Lodge of Howell.
Starting Wages$23.40-$33.30 per hour. Shift: 12‑hour shifts 7:00 am–7:00 pm and 7:00 pm–7:00 am.

- Starting wages: $23.40–$33.30 per hour.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under supervision, providing basic nursing assistance and assisting residents with daily living activities.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Licenses/Certification:
Valid CNA certification in the state of employment. - Experience:
Six months of experience in a long‑term care environment preferred.
- Respond to signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and incontinence care.
- Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
- Assist residents with range‑of‑motion exercises and movement to wheelchairs or activity areas.
- Assist residents with turning and positioning in bed.
- Assist residents with ambulation for short distances within the facility.
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food & fluid intake and output, as directed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
