Quality Assurance Inspector

Creative Liquid Coatings is a leader in both liquid coatings and advanced plastic injection molding. Over the past 25 years, the company has expanded its capabilities with 40 molding machines ranging from 100 to 3600 tons and world-class automated paint finishing lines. These versatile paint lines can handle products of various sizes, from small parts up to 10-foot-long components, including full-sized hoods for vehicles like the Corvette.

With a team of over 650 employees, Creative Liquid Coatings is committed to delivering high-quality molded and painted parts to its customers.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Howell, MI, for a Quality Assurance Inspector. The role involves performing quality inspections, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, conducting audits, and verifying that all products meet established quality assurance guidelines. The inspector will proactively identify issues, document findings, and provide feedback to ensure consistent process and product improvement.

Available shifts:
Overnight shift 11pm to 7am;
Second shift 3 pm to 11 pm

• Strong knowledge and application of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management principles
• Proficiency in conducting accurate product Inspection and Quality Auditing
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration with teams
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality management or inspection are preferred
