Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods at the end of the production line for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks using inspection tools and equipment.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities, segregate defective products, and elevate issues to team leaders, quality techs, and higher management as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following 5S and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in quality control/inspection within manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read work instructions.
• Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
