We’re building something different, and I’m looking for the right person to lead the kitchen — I’m looking to hire a Kitchen Manager / Head of Kitchen to lead our entire kitchen operation.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who truly takes pride in their work. You’ll be working 30–40 hours per week
, cooking and prepping alongside the team, managing food costs, inventory, and ordering, and training new kitchen staff on quality, safety, and performance. I’m looking for someone who can streamline communication between management and employees, maintain a clean, inspection‑ready kitchen, and consistently produce great‑looking, great‑tasting food.
This role is also customer‑facing. You’ll be the face of the kitchen and expected to provide outstanding service to every guest we serve.
What I’m looking for:- 2–3 years of kitchen experience (management experience preferred)
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- $22–$27 per hour
