Retail Keyholder - Merrell

Wolverine Worldwide, a global marketer of branded footwear and apparel, seeks a dedicated and reliable team member to support store operations and act as the replacement for the Store Manager when needed. This role demands strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Support store management in all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and stock control.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented store and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
• Serve as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and deep product knowledge.
• Provide authentic customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics to drive store success.
• Execute local marketing efforts as an ambassador for the store.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising to impact store KPIs.

• Demonstrated success in retail sales.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Preferred supervisory experience, though not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
