RMR Solutions, LLC is a leading producer and distributor of a wide variety of cleaning, disinfectant, and mold removal products for both residential and commercial customers. The team started with its’ legendary mold and mildew remover products and has blossomed that success to include kitchen degreasers, marine stain remover, tub and tile cleaner, and botanical disinfectant, to name a few.
The Business Development Representative PositionThe Business Development Representative supports the overall vision and strategy of RMR Solutions by developing relationships and strategies to continue growth within RMR’s vast product line. The position works to identify target accounts and understand customer-specific needs. Partnering closely with the Sales Manager to set sales and growth priorities, this role ensures that marketing and sales strategies of RMR’s product line are following and that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
Additionalresponsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Collaborate to understand business objectives with current and future goals
- Develop a network of professionals who are interested in RMR products and solutions
- Work as a liaison with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development Service setting
- Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships, operate in an environment of ambiguity, thrive in a highly competitive marketplace
- Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills, multitasking, and a strong self-motivation as a must!
- Knowledge in shipping and warehousing is preferred, but not required
This position includes a competitive pay structure, based on skills and experience, and a comprehensive benefit and retirement package. The pay structure includes a base + commission structure that focuses on new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in the Howell, MI office and reports to the Director of Sales.
