Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Home Remodeling Sales Closer to join our Sales & Business Development team in the residential construction industry. In this role, you'll run in-home consultations, present tailored roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation solutions, and close high-quality projects. You'll manage a robust lead pipeline, follow a proven sales process, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners for roofing, siding, and other exterior remodeling projects
- Perform thorough needs assessments, property inspections, and measurements to accurately scope exterior work
- Present professional, solution-focused proposals that align with the homeowner's needs, budget, and design preferences
- Confidently handle questions, address objections, and close sales on-site or within a short follow-up window
- Educate customers on product options, warranties, installation processes, and financing or payment options
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation using company tools and pricing guidelines
- Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, proposals, and closed deals in the company CRMCollaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and a high-quality customer experience
- Represent Home Genius Exteriors with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety
- Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and ride-alongs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
