* Develop new and improved products for Chem-Trend worldwide in order to meet customer demands in a rapid manner.
* Provide rapid and timely technical service, assisting Sales and customers.
* Recommend R&D programs (internal or external), investigate, develop, and implement new technologies.
* Provide technical support to all company departments.
* Effectively interface with suppliers in identifying, qualifying, and in some cases developing new raw materials.
* Participate in developing new lab testing procedures.
* Serve as a mentor to less experienced technical staff, helping to improve the overall scientific caliber of the Lab personnel.
Qualificationsarrow_right
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
* 1-5 years working in Chemistry or a related field.
* High level of technical expertise in lubricants or surface chemistry- a plus.
