Now Hiring:

Plumber’s Apprentice

As a Plumber’s Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and water treatment systems. This is a hands‑on learning opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in the plumbing trade. No prior plumbing experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of water treatment systems, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Support routine maintenance and basic repairs under the supervision of a licensed plumber or senior technician
• Help diagnose issues in plumbing and water treatment systems and assist with appropriate solutions
• Load/unload tools and materials, and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously while on‑site
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Interest in pursuing a career in plumbing and a willingness to learn on the job
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of tools and equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to and from Brighton, MI office
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Journeyman Plumber

We are also seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumbers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step in a rewarding, stable career with a company that values skill, dedication, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing and water treatment system installations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform advanced repairs and maintenance
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards on all jobs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the State of Michigan
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
• Strong knowledge of water treatment systems preferred
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and quality workmanship
