Pepsi Co Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility. This position is an off shift role, working 6:30pm – 04:30am Wednesday - Saturday (4x10 Schedule) with occasional Sunday shifts. The role involves scheduling the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products, utilizing docks and warehouse layout to minimize loading time, ensuring optimal inventory levels, providing timely service to the sales department, supervising warehouse loaders, maintaining the inventory system, and upholding housekeeping and safety standards.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $66,900 - $111,950, paid time off, parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, insurance, and a defined contribution retirement plan.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree preferred, previous leadership experience preferred, experience in consumer-packaged goods or a related industry, a minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience, ability to work flexible schedules, and demonstrated planning and organization skills.
