Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

We are seeking a candidate who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, making meaningful improvements, and partnering with the business to drive growth and performance.

• Lead and mentor a small accounting team (2 on-site, 2 remote), fostering collaboration
• Evaluate, streamline, and improve existing accounting processes and controls
• Take ownership of the month-end close & financial reporting
• Develop and implement KPI-driven reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and scalability
• Establish and enhance policies, procedures, and best practices to support growth

• Proven experience in a senior accounting leadership role
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable both strategizing and executing
• Strong process improvement mindset w/ the ability to implement meaningful change
• Experience building accounting functions in growing or evolving organizations

We’re looking for someone who wants to build, fix, improve, and lead
—someone to support and drive the business. Salary DOE approx $195-205K (NEG).
