Administrative Officer to the Planning and Zoning Boards - Howell Township
Is seeking a full‑time qualified and detail‑oriented professional to serve as the Planning & Zoning Board Administrative Coordinator within the Department of Community Development. This position is responsible for supervising and participating in the administrative support services provided to the Planning and Zoning Boards in matters relating to land use applications, variances, approvals, and overall Board operations. Working under supervision, the successful candidate will exercise considerable independent judgment and initiative while assisting applicants with planning and zoning requirements, reviewing applications for completeness, coordinating distribution of applications to Board professionals and internal departments, and responding to inquiries from residents, attorneys, developers, and Township officials.
