1 2 Years Minimum

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
  • Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures and routine checkups
  • Critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a focus on quality and patient comfort
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment progress
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and board requirements
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care
  • Address clinical concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, care, and patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80.00 $ 100.00 per hour
  • Paid based on guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)
