The Esthetician at Harmony Medical will provide high-quality aesthetic services in our boutique medical spa. Responsibilities include performing laser hair removal treatments, facials, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures, as well as conducting skin assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and recommending appropriate skincare products. The Esthetician will work with our physician and healthcare team to ensure safe, effective treatments while supporting each patient's overall wellness goals.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols, and providing an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional care. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Howell, New Jersey.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an aesthetics spa or med spa preferred.
• Experience performing laser hair removal; experience with the Cynosure Elite+ laser platform is strongly preferred.
• Experience performing facials and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Strong consultation, skin assessment, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-treatment care, and skincare products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice.
• Comfortable providing care in a women-focused practice while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and respect for patients' cultural and religious preferences.
