Client Onboarding Manager | Howell Township, NJ (On-site/Hybrid) | $90–130k
A fast-growing technology firm in Howell Township is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to lead a newly formed onboarding division. You’ll oversee a team of ~5 L1–L2 technicians delivering Microsoft 365 and networking onboarding projects, no basic ticket work, all true project delivery.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop the Project Technicians team
- Allocate resources across fast‑moving onboarding projects
- Act as the bridge between PMs, engineers, and clients
- Ensure quality documentation, standards, and smooth handoffs
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and technical accuracy
- MSP experience (must-have)
- Strong background in M365, Intune, AD & networking
- Experience with Connect Wise or similar PSA/RMM tools
- Leadership + project onboarding exposure is a big plus
- Newly created high-impact leadership position
- Growth potential as the division scales
- Flexible comp for the right profile
- On-site preferred, hybrid possible
