We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one or more of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Howell Township, NJ area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers deliver timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive sales initiatives. The Service Manager communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information about repairs and maintenance, and meets customer expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
